Non-biological twin theory

Filed under: My Life — happychick @ 6.38p04

I'm really in the wars lately- Burning my arm on the fry station at work{and consequently ending up with criss-cross scars up and down my forearm}, and just tonight at work I slammed my finger in the till. This last incident was the most painful to date. I still cant feel my finger.

My friend Christy, whom I met in December when I first moved town, well, she and I are very, very alike. So much so that people think we are twins. Seriously.

We look very similar, say the same things, like the same things- it's kinda disturbing.

Anyway, this has led me to think- Is it possible to have a non-biological twin? Ever since I was little people have told me that somewhere, someone is the same as you, but the rules are that you arent allowed to meet them. Can it be that Christy and I have broken the rules?

I'm not crazy! let me know what you think. xx chick

  1. You are not crazy. My very best friend and I were very much alike. She was younger than me, we didn’t look anything alike. In all other areas we were twins. My friend died 4 years ago with brain cancer. When we laid her to rest it felt like part of me went to the grave with her. That being said….enjoy every minute that you have with your twin. 🙂

  3. Unrelated to the post content, I used to work in a fast food “restaurant”. It’s really gross how you come home all covered in grease.
